CASE REPORT OF PSEUDO-WELLENS’ SYNDROME AND MYOCARDIAL BRIDGING IN A YOUNG WOMAN

The clinical entity in which Wellens' electrocardiographic changes occur normal coronary arteriesconfirmed by angiography is defined as Pseudo Wellens syndrome. Myocardial bridging a condition wheremuscle fibers abnormally bridge the intramyocardial passage of an epicardial artery, subsequentlybecomes tunneled pathway beneath them. It most commonly found middle segment left anteriordescending artery (LAD) (70% to 90% cases). recognized common congenital anomaly.Case report: A 49-year-old woman came emergency room because tightness her chest that she had fewmonths ago, but today more pronounced. After consultation, was hospitalized at cardiology department forfurther treatment and investigation. An electrocardiogram showed sinus rhythm with inverted T waves precordialleads V2 V5.
